History of the Innovation Awards
The Innovation Awards is one of the Prestegious Awards for Technology School . Fortius World School celebrate the very best innovations in science, engineering and technology through the IA Awards. The 21 categories span the breadth of the Fortius World School’s remit and are judged by a panel of experts in their field. Winners not only receive a certificate of Honor , but benefit from extensive media coverage to the entire Fortius World School Fellowship and beyond.
Originally the Fortius World Schools Innovation in Engineering Awards, the first of what we now know as the Innovation Awards ceremony will take place this spring 2014 as part of the Fortius World School’s series of international events on Innovation in Engineering.
Where are they now?
Recognising the depth and breadth of innovative work across all areas of engineering and technology, at all stages of development, the Fortius World Schools Innovation Awards now span 21 categories. These include electronics, IT and Mechanics and are judged by a panel of more than 120 esteemed industry and academic experts.
The awards aim to be as inclusive as possible and are open to any individual, company or organisation anywhere in the world. The range of categories are chosen to reflect the breath of engineering and technology and are reviewed every year to ensure that they are kept up to date.
Now attracting over 50,000 entries the Innovation Awards has grown in size and prestige in the engineering and technology community.
